On July 14, 1980 the Marina Cafe opened its doors to Staten Island. It was then that we began dedicating ourselves to pleasing our guests and providing only the highest quality and freshest foods available. Our policy of pleasing has been our primary standard and celebrating 28 years in business is by far the greatest reward.
The Marina Cafe has come a long way in 28 years.

Originally rising up from the remains of a small building which housed several different tenants since the Richmond County Yacht Club in the 40's and 50's to the Harbor House in the 70's.

The glass enclosed dining room was first opened as a large outdoor deck where fishermen and boaters enjoyed lunch and drinks.

Due to the overwhelming response, the deck was eventually converted a panoramic glass dining room. The dining room was completely renovated in 2005 and our new design has won several awards.

For twenty six years the Marina Cafe has been known for its Romantic ala carte Dining, Family Complete Dinners, Banquet Parties for all occasions and its Complete Lobster Festival. It has been the originator of such popular ideas as Gourmet Party Platters & Gift Baskets to go, Complete Take Out Family Thanksgiving Dinners, Psychic Fair Nights, Murder Mystery Dinners, Super Bowl Male Reviews and Gourmet Wine Dinners.

For the past 8 summers our seasonal Dockside dining has been the talk of Staten Island, both for great food and awesome views of Great Kills Harbor. This year The Daily News voted us as one of the top ten places to eat outdoors in New York City!

And now with the recent purchase of the Marina Grand Catering facility and Windjammer Tavern & Grill, we hope to continue our years of quality service and success.

We will continue to strive to be Staten Island's best Fine Dining Restaurant and Catering Hall and to please all our guests.

Perhaps the most important reason for our 28 years of success is thanks to you, our valued patrons.

Without your continued support and friendship, the Marina Cafe would not be what it is today.
